Staff Specialist Field Sales Management

Your role

• Promoting the Infineon portfolio across the distribution network.
• Collaborating with distribution partners to achieve sales targets.
• Design wins and supports the growth of the mass market account base through strategic planning, training, and active engagement, to achieve growth and performance objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely customer engagement and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular business updates to management.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Min. 5-10 years of relevant sales, distribution management, or business development experience within the semiconductor / electronics industry.
• Strong background in channel sales, distribution sales, field sales, or business development.
• Proven success in demand creation and design-win generation.
• Experience driving growth in mass-market and mid-sized accounts.
• Exposure to industrial, power, automotive, consumer, MCU, connectivity, IoT, or power conversion applications.
