Sales Freight Forwarder (Manager / Senior / Executive)

About the Role

Sales Freight Forwarder (Manager / Senior / Executive) responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, handling enquiries and quotations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction until job completion.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with oversea agents and customers by email or telephone.
• Visit existing customers and new potential customers to develop business.
• Issue quotations and respond to oversea inquiries as requested by customers.
• Follow up shipments and coordinate with internal departments until jobs are completed.
• Monitor and follow up on new customer inquiries and coordinate with sales support and operations.
• Receive complaints, resolve problems or present solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report sales activities, monitor profit, and review active customers monthly.
• Search for potential clients and expand the customer base to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and ensure internal reporting is accurate and timely.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1-10 years' experience in sales freight or a related field.
• Proven network with targeted customers.
• Good command of Thai & English.
• Have own car and driving license.
• Able to work independently and as a team player with operations.
• Proactive, productive, and service-minded.
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
