Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other engineering systems
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
• Coordinate and supervise technicians and contractors during assigned shifts
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are carried out effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local legal requirements
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
• Support renovation projects and engineering improvement initiatives
• Assist in preparing maintenance reports and shift handover documentation
