About the Role

Location: Asia-first (SEA preferred) | Remote | Senior | Execution-obsessed

We’re building a next-gen growth engine for creators, coaches, studios, and transformational brands who actually change people. This isn’t a “marketing manager” gig. Responsibilities

• Build & run full-stack growth: offer → funnel → creative → performance → scale
• Lead paid performance (Meta / IG / TikTok / Google) with calm confidence
• Design AI-powered workflows to speed testing and production
• Own video creative direction with storytellers and editors
• Design rapid experimentation loops with clear hypotheses and strong learning velocity
• Build closed-loop systems between data → decision → execution → learnings
• Create testing rhythms where narrative meets numbers; read data, decide fast, move faster

Qualifications

• Senior growth / performance experience in startup or agency environments
• Proven wins at meaningful spend (not “$500 experiment” nonsense)
• Deep experience with funnels & CRO, paid performance, video creative & storytelling, and AI tools + automation mindset
• Portfolio of real results, not buzzwords
