Project Finance

Responsibilities

• Securing project financing, issuing project information memorandum, negotiating project financing terms and loan documentation.
• Building financial models on responsible projects to update actual performance and prepare financial analysis for various assigned scenarios.
• Analyzing actual operating results, identifying key financial and operating issues, and quantifying actual results versus forecast.
• Providing loan sources and/or other financial instruments and negotiating with financial institutions to obtain low financial cost under the best terms and conditions.
• Managing loan agreements to ensure the company can make loan drawdowns and repay principal, interest, and dividends as expected.
• Preparing financial information for the Board of Directors, shareholders, and bankers.
• Studying and keeping updated on the financial market and development of financial instruments to ensure appropriate risk management and timing for maximum benefit to the company.
• Performing financial analysis for company financial status planning and controlling to comply with stakeholders' conditions (lenders, shareholders).
• Managing loan and credit facilities arrangements, including loan terms, project finance, trade finance, and factoring.
• Ensuring compliance with all covenants under loan agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in banking or corporate finance function in any companies.
• Experience in power generation, renewable energy, hydropower, gas and infrastructure & utilities is an advantage.
• Experience in project finance is required.
• Good financial planning and financial model knowledge.
• High accountability, strong analytical skills, and confidence in turning facts into recommendations.
• Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to use MS Excel.
