About the Company

Quasar Medical | Medical Device Manufacturer. As part of the Site Leadership Team, Asc. Director, Supply Chain is a leadership role responsible for driving Planning, Procurement and Inventory control to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The role will also lead operational excellence initiatives together with the Industrial Engineering Team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across Material Planning, Production Planning, Warehousing, Import & Export, Purchasing, Sourcing, and Industrial Engineering functions, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop strategic plans, budgets, and performance metrics for assigned functions; optimize resource allocation and implement timely adjustments to achieve business objectives.
• Review operational systems and performance reports; lead variance analysis and drive the implementation of effective corrective actions.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, lean practices, and cost optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams; establish sustainable talent pipelines and career development frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to support decision-making, resolve complex issues, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
• Lead strategic resource planning and coordination across multiple sites; provide support to regional operations in alignment with global business objectives.
• Foster a performance-driven culture that reflects company values and promotes accountability and collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Factory Management.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing technologies, materials management, logistics, and ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process tools.
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
• Bilingual in Thai & English; ability to converse in Mandarin will be advantageous.

Skills

• Experience in supply chain planning, procurement, inventory control, and warehousing.
• Experience with continuous improvement and cost optimization in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations and regional coordination.
