Organization Development Manager (OD Lead)
SiPH is seeking an experienced OD Manager to lead our Center of Excellence for Organization Development, a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a high-complexity healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Performance Management: design and manage the end-to-end performance cycle, facilitate calibration sessions, and drive continuous improvement
• Workforce Planning: analyze workforce gaps, develop strategic workforce plan, and translate data into actionable decisions
• Organization Design: oversee org structure, job architecture, and role clarity across the hospital
