Bilingual Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Social Media Manager to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. You will have conversations in both Thai and English with chatbots and write novel conversations to teach them what to say.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex bilingual tasks and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Measure chatbot progress, troubleshoot issues, and improve model quality through iterative testing
• Write and edit bilingual conversations to train and guide model responses

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Thai
• Expert level of writing, editing, and communication in both languages
• Detail-oriented
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
