Finance Specialist/Supervisor

About the Role

Responsible for the company’s accounting, tax and financial operations, ensuring compliance, risk control and accurate financial reporting for local management and the parent company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full accounting records in line with accounting and tax regulations.
• Review accounting entries, bank reconciliations and monthly closings.
• Manage inventory and fixed assets, including depreciation calculations.
• Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholdings, etc.).
• Provide financial statements and reports for local and headquarters.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Identify financial risks and improve internal controls and processes.
• Assist with SAP implementation and generate required financial reports.
• Monitor updates in accounting and tax legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, valid professional license.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting/finance experience (SAP experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax laws.
• Experience in bank reconciliations, month-end closing and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required.
