• Position: Business Performance & Revenue Analytics Specialist (TrueX)
• Location: True Tower 1 (Ratchadapisek Road)
• Department: Digital Home (TrueX)

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue performance management, revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and weekly revenue projections across TrueX
• Analyze business and financial KPIs, customer insights, market segmentation, and digital data to deliver actionable business insights
• Build and optimize data-driven reporting, automated reporting, and analytical workflows in collaboration with Digital Home, Finance, Technology, and Data Warehouse teams
• Use Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to support business analytics, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder communication, PMO activities, and performance tracking for smart home business initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial analysis, revenue management, business analytics, or product and market assessment
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
