About the Role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling marketing and communication materials that support the brand positioning, guest engagement, and commercial objectives of Anantara and Avani+ Riverside Bangkok. The role will work closely with the Marketing & Communications teams to develop creative concepts, produce high-quality graphic designs, photography, and video content for both digital and print platforms. The Graphic Designer is also responsible for ensuring all creative assets are consistent with brand guidelines while capturing the unique identity of each property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the hospitality, luxury hotel, lifestyle, tourism, or agency environment.
• Experience in professional photography and videography is required.
• Experience managing creative projects across multiple brands or business units is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, and video production work is required.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, camera operation, and photo editing.
• Experience in videography, video editing, color correction, motion graphics, and short-form content creation.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to develop creative concepts that support marketing and commercial objectives.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across two properties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and current content trends is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours when supporting events, photo shoots, or promotional activities.
