About the Role

Position: Operations Manager (Eastern Region) - 1 Position
Location: Chonburi
Work arrangement: onsite

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic foundation for driving Operational Excellence in alignment with G4S global standards.
• Achieve financial targets and oversee financial performance.
• Cultivate strong client partnerships and ensure delivery of professional security services across the Bangkok metropolitan area.
• Lead, develop and manage a high-performing team across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an operational management role (from civilian sectors, disciplined services, or the security industry).
• Proven ability to manage a large workforce of approximately 500 - 1,000 personnel across diverse sites.
• Possessing high maturity and outstanding leadership skills in organizational management.
• Open to all educational backgrounds; direct experience in Security Management is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in English for practical business communication (both speaking and writing).
• Positive "Can-Do" attitude, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial and business dimensions.
