HR Specialist

About the Role

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all functions including sourcing, interviewing, offer process and onboarding coordination. Including recruitment reporting, projects and vendor management. Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Ensure timely hiring of quality talent to support business growth. Develop employer branding strategy, social media content, career fairs, university partnerships and recruitment campaigns. Increase company attractiveness and talent pipeline. Build positive employer relationships through engagement surveys and activities. Manage HR announcements, recruitment communications, HR campaigns, presentation materials, and support HR transformation projects as per assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR experience, with at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations or equivalent experience in operational area of the business.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement programs or equivalent experience in motivating employees and building employee spirit.
• Experience working with welfare committees and organizing employee activities is an advantage.
• Experience in multinational companies or the logistics/shipping industry is preferred.
