Manager - Investment Product Distribution

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to organize essential basic and advanced training courses for the sales department.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to grow and strengthen the ILP (investment-linked product) distribution network.
• Provide training, guidance and support to distribution partners to help them effectively sell and promote ILP products.
• Work with the team to develop modern and relevant teaching materials for all distribution channels.
• Monitor and analyze distribution performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing and other teams to enhance the competitiveness of the ILP product portfolio.
• Plan and organize courses related to building MPW IC, such as exam preparation, and follow up on trainees’ progress to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with the Financial Production Management team to create outputs and increase the number of ICs through courses and supportive activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing the distribution of ILP products.
• Contribute to the overall business strategy and growth objectives of the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a strong focus on investment-linked product distribution.
• Proven track record of successfully growing and managing distribution channels for investment-linked or similar financial products.
• Having at least IC license.
• Excellent understanding of life insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distribution partners.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
