HSE Manager APAC - Field Service and Office

About The Job

• Leads regional or functional HSE strategy and execution for Field Service Engineers and Offices in APAC.
• Manages HSE managers and senior specialists, providing leadership and performance oversight.
• Defines HSE priorities, targets, and improvement initiatives.
• Oversees compliance, audits, and corrective action programs.
• Partners with operations leadership to embed HSE into daily operations.
• Analyzes performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Guides resolution of complex incidents and escalations.
• Supports workforce planning and capability development within HSE.
• Ensures consistent application of HSE governance and reporting.
• Represents HSE priorities in senior leadership discussions.
• Accountable for performance and results across multiple related units or an entire function.
• Develops and executes departmental plans covering business, operational, and organizational priorities.
• Controls resources and shapes policy within the area of responsibility.
• Makes decisions guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
• Applies functional knowledge and established methodologies to resolve complex problems.
• Manages large teams of professionals and/or junior managers.

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of and expertise in applying HSE legislative framework within a site and service environment
• Excellent skills in managing time, setting priorities, planning, communicating and organizing, driving HSE Culture
• Effective communication skills - both verbal and written and ability to engage with stakeholders
• A positive and pragmatic attitude to problem solving within HSE and good in change management

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

• HSE experience in Field Service(Installation) in multinational companies
• Recognized HSE qualifications
• Demonstrable HSE experience and proven track record is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at Senior and operational levels internally to the organization
• Knowledge of the business, specific risks and industry approaches advantageous
