Responsibilities

• External: Write SEO-friendly content for client websites, produce outreach content for media websites, and adapt writing styles to match various brand voices, tones, and goals across different platforms and audiences.
• External: Join client calls alongside Editors or Team Managers to discuss content needs and gain a deep understanding of products and services.
• Internal: Conduct thorough research on client industries, products, and audiences to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Internal: Collaborate with Editors, Team Managers, and Account Managers to gather information, share updates, and meet deadlines.
• Internal: Develop content structures before writing, utilize basic to intermediate SEO tools and techniques to optimize content, and review, proofread, and edit your own work before submission.
• Track daily tasks, keywords, and campaign progress through SENTR and actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing, training sessions, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in content writing with a focus on SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand diverse industries and audiences.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Thai and English, with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence.

• Location: Hybrid — Bangkok, Thailand.
• Results expectations include maintaining a team retention rate of 92%+, meeting deadlines with no overdue tasks, adhering to editor feedback, and following Primal’s processes (SENTR hygiene, reporting, office hours).
