Responsibilities

• Grow the affiliate network through cold outreach to YouTubers, media, and influencers; handle negotiations, onboarding, and paperwork as needed
• Manage key affiliate accounts with regular communication, performance analysis, and recommendations to improve results
• Create and execute promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
• Build reports using internal data and optimize overall affiliate channel performance
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
• Detect fraud, identify new scam schemes and partner manipulation
• Collaborate with internal departments and developers to provide affiliates with assets and tools, resolve issues, and analyze system data

Qualifications

• Experience managing large affiliate programs, preferably in fintech and ideally in crypto
• Business development background is a plus
• Good understanding of the crypto space
• Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English required
• Ability to use in-house tools, learn quickly, and collaborate with developers
