RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for quality, cost and timeline of BMS construction projects across the region.
• Develop and standardise all documentation related to delivering a global BMS quality program.
• Support the wider construction teams to ensure BMS scopes are on time and meeting project delivery milestones.
• Attend/manage FAT, CX, IST and other project milestones.
• Regional travel required 25%+ but this may evolve over time.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years experience designing, delivering, maintaining BMS/BAS/EPMS projects in hyperscale applications on a global or regional scale.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multiple projects in parallel.
• CDCP/CDCS/CDCE and/or experience with quality management frameworks (ISO9001 or equivalent) are highly regarded.

Skills

• Extensive BMS/BA/BMS experience across APAC
• Deep understanding of hyperscale DC BMS & MEP systems
• Experience with modularised MEP skid design and construction
• Ability to lead cross domain coordination with construction, operations, IT and network teams.
• Schneider Electric/Siemens/Tridium Niagara experience is advantageous
