3PL Warehouse Manager

About the Role

The 3PL Warehouse Manager oversees daily inbound and outbound operations at the 3PL distribution center in Thailand to ensure smooth order, shipment, and inventory flows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor inbound, outbound, return shipment, Value Added Service (VAS), scrap and rework activities performed by 3PL.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reviews with 3PL to ensure problems are resolved and corrective actions are effective.
• Manage and review performance (KPI) of 3PL through performance review cadence and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Verify invoices and control logistics and warehouse vendor budgets.
• Oversee the entire order fulfilment process: order processing, picking and packing, shipping, and tracking.
• Ensure cycle counts are completed by 3PL and that stock in SAP aligns with physical stock.
• Ensure 3PL implements the Delivery Hold process in a timely manner.
• Lead transformation projects to execute the supply chain strategy and achieve performance goals.
• Work with multiple software systems such as SAP/WMS and Infodis Transportation Management System; monitor inbound/outbound IDocs between SAP and 3PL systems and collaborate with operations, transportation, customer service, and 3PL to resolve interface issues.
• Analyze and resolve IDoc errors (data, mapping, configuration, communication), reprocess failed IDocs, verify related postings, and escalate complex or recurring issues to technical/EDI teams for root-cause fixes.
• Document procedures and workarounds and contribute to testing and validation of changes impacting SAP–3PL interfaces, including integration and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, management, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in multinational companies in logistics and warehouse management; experience in the medical industry preferred.
• Operational experience and knowledge in Warehouse Management Software and/or ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience managing third-party vendors or experience at a third-party logistics provider with focus on customer order outbound process & transportation management.
• Knowledge of trade compliancy regulations (Customs, Export Control, Dangerous Goods, Supply Chain Security).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written, in addition to the local language.

Skills / Technical Skills

• SAP and WMS operations, TMS familiarity and IDoc/EDI troubleshooting for SAP–3PL interfaces.
• Inventory control, cycle counts, stock reconciliation and KPI performance management.
• Vendor and budget verification, root-cause analysis, testing/UAT and documentation.

Additional Information

• Work arrangement: hybrid — office-based team with in-person work at least 3 days a week (office or 3PL warehouse).
• Employment type: Full-time.
