About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director to join our Financial Advisory practice, specializing in M&A Transactions. The successful candidate will originate, manage, and execute complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across multiple industries and work closely with corporates, family-owned businesses, private equity firms, sovereign entities, and strategic investors to deliver end-to-end transaction solutions.

Responsibilities

• Originate and drive business development by building trusted C‑suite relationships and originating high‑value advisory engagements.
• Lead complex Financial Advisory engagements, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and commercial impact.
• Oversee financial due diligence, valuation analysis, financial modeling, and transaction documentation.
• Advise clients on transaction strategy, deal structuring, valuation, negotiation support, and execution.
• Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, outside legal counsel, and other advisors.
• Develop and coach high‑performing teams and build succession plans.
• Provide thought leadership and shape insights that guide clients’ strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in top‑tier advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance with direct transaction service experience (financial due diligence, valuation, or M&A).
• Professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience working with multinational clients and cross‑border transactions; strong network within corporate and investment community preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, report preparation, and presentation skills; ability to present to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• High level of maturity, professionalism, initiative, integrity, confidentiality, and sound knowledge of accounting principles and banking practices.
