Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time employees including job requirement alignment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Manage HR interns and oversee end-to-end internship recruitment programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify talent needs and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
• Maintain recruitment data, monitor hiring progress, and ensure compliance with internal policies and timelines.
• University partnerships & employee branding: Establish and manage collaborations with universities and academic institutions; coordinate internship programs, campus recruitment activities, career fairs, and student engagement initiatives; drive employee branding and social media initiatives (Line, Facebook) to promote recruitment activities and employer brand presence.
• Organizational development & employee growth: Conduct regular check-ins with managers to gather insights on team performance, employee experience, and development needs; provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partner roles, with proven hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations principles, and recruitment methodologies.
• Experience managing university partnerships, employer branding initiatives, social media campaigns, or early-career talent programs is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
