Business Development - Micro Insurance (Thailand Office)

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the Micro Insurance existing business
• Supervise and monitoring CS (Customer Service) function
• Understanding the business through production data (able to analyze production data)
• Finding new insurance company as partner
• Finding new potential client for Thailand market to expand business portfolio
• Understanding and follow the SOP of each department within the company and insurance company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years Business Development/Sales experience in digital-based company (is preferred)
• Having knowledge about e-commerce insurance in Thailand
• Having background in insurance (is preferred)
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Have ability to operate Microsoft Offices (MS Excels, MS Power Point) and google environments
• Having a creative thinking and analytical thinking skill to discover new opportunities
• Having a great Time and Project Management skills
