The Role & Your Impact

As Senior Process Engineer, you will combine operational support, process optimization and cross-functional project leadership. You will influence process reliability, product quality, production capacity and variable cost performance, while helping the organization introduce new products and resolve complex technical issues.

Your Key Responsibilities in this Role

• Monitor day-to-day product and process performance, adjust operating parameters, troubleshoot production abnormalities with frontline teams and provide timely technical support.
• Analyze technical data, develop practical process solutions, run optimization experiments in line with company procedures, issue reports and maintain controlled process documentation.
• Prepare product budgets, forecast and control variable production costs, and ensure accurate monthly operational data and reporting.
• Assess equipment, capacity and process-control capability; support global capacity forecasting; lead new-product launch readiness; and coordinate user requirements, preparation and commissioning for investment projects.
• Lead process-related continuous-improvement initiatives and help resolve complex quality, customer-complaint and equipment-technology issues.
• Contribute to departmental management meetings and support production leaders with target management, cost management and team development.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• A master's degree or higher in bio-fermentation, chemical engineering or a closely related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience in bio-fermentation and downstream processing, including separation, purification, concentration and spray drying.
• Strong knowledge of process operations, experimental methods, technical documentation, cost control and production data reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and common computer software applications.
• Fluent English communication, reading and writing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving and sound technical judgment.
• The ability to collaborate, communicate and coordinate effectively across frontline, technical, project and management stakeholder.
