Senior Network Engineer

As a part of our team, you’ll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our internal employees by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for corporate network design and governance, implementation of various technical solutions to meet corporate requirements, and providing technical support in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, conduct planning and perform installation of office network
• Collaborate with HQ IT engineers and PM to plan and execute new projects
• Manage office LAN network, wireless network and VPN operation, maintenance and incident
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for team members to review, learn and retrieve relevant information
• Continuously work on optimizing existing services and explore new technical solutions to address current and future challenges

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Strong network and firewall knowledge with hands-on experience
• Has CCNA certification or equivalent. CCNP / CCIE or any equivalent is a plus
• Required to provide on-call support and standby
• Ability to work onsite and travel occasionally
• Must have a valid driving license
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and flexible time
