Assistant Hub Survey Lead

About the Role

• Conduct on-site property surveys and assess site suitability (location, layout, infrastructure, utilities).
• Coordinate with real estate agents and stakeholders to identify and shortlist potential sites.
• Support survey planning, prioritization, and execution with the Hub Survey Lead.
• Analyze findings and prepare clear reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Own survey data consolidation, reporting accuracy, and regular updates.
• Support ad hoc surveys and deep-dive assessments as required.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders from sourcing to handover.
• Assist with documentation and approval processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in property survey, real estate, operations, or reporting.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets required).
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to travel frequently (Bangkok & upcountry).
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
