Perceptra is the leading deep health tech startup in Thailand. Our aim is to develop the artificial intelligence platform for the healthcare industry. Currently, our first product Inspectra CXR is the best AI software for chest x-ray analysis in the SEA market, with 8 deep learning services deployed on the cloud supporting Radiologists’ workflow through website interface and API services connected directly to hospital’s IT systems. Today, our platform is actively used by 90+ hospitals nationwide.

About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our business driving team as a Business Strategy Specialist. This role combines the analytical mindset of a Business Analyst with the strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities of a Business Development Executive to drive growth and create impact in Thai and SEA healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand customer base and market presence
• Conduct research and comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential partners in health tech and related industries
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
• Prepare proposals, tailored pitches, presentations, dashboards, and reports; facilitate deals and support contract negotiations to secure partnerships and collaborations
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable business specifications
• Collaborate with product development to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables; support projects from initiation through execution
• Conduct post-project evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business development or related roles; experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Development Executive preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership, self-starter with a growth mindset, and passion for AI or healthcare innovation
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to gather and interpret complex data and work with ambiguity
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies; ability to prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable collaborating and negotiating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience or interest in healthtech, AI-driven solutions, or exposure to international/enterprise-level deals is a plus
