About the Role

This role is in Strategic Workforce Planning team -- design timeline and work plan for several workforce projects

Responsibilities

• Design timeline and work plan for several workforce projects
• Activist PMO -- manage project implementation and engage with multiple stakeholders
• Analyze large set of data and provide insights for decision making and new workforce management initiatives design
• Manage product & application roll out to support data digitization and process automation
• Problem solve some operation and product issues
• Prepare communication package for updating management teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a relevant field
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management and analytical roles. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
• Ability to manage projects and priorities to support multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (a must in PowerPoint and Excel)
