Opportunities for Fresh Grad (Technology)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and drive functional workshops to drive desired design outcomes
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements specification or user stories
• Assess and evaluate business process, business model, and organization to identify areas of improvements and define/propose potential business and technology solutions to enhance business performance
• Define customer journey and/or operational process to serve full life cycle of banking-related process
• Assist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog
• Collaborate with designers and application design team to create the optimal User Experience
• Provide supports to other workstream such as development, testing and deployment activities
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills / Required Skills

• Programming knowledge especially Java, Kotlin, Golang, Python
• REST API Design
• Channel Architecture, Event-based Architecture, Async Architecture
• Database Design
• Design Tools
• Problem Solving
• Able to lead a team and manage their tasks
• Able to present ideas to senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication (Thai & English) and collaboration skills
• Strong project management and time management skills
