Responsibilities

• Oversee workforce fulfillment metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Initiate and manage projects to address workforce fulfillment root causes, including designing and implementing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to align strategies and ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare presentations, progress updates, and detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making and highlight key outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year in project management, operations, or workforce planning, ideally in logistics or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong ability to analyze workforce performance data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
