About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Buyer to manage procurement activities supporting production and customer demand. This role is responsible for material planning, supplier coordination, purchase order execution, and inventory control. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Global SCM to ensure smooth material flow, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities to support production and customer demand
• Material planning and MRP execution
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery tracking and supplier management
• Create and execute purchase orders
• Control inventory levels and drive cost optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Global SCM
• Support logistics processes and shipping documentation
• Apply data-driven approaches and continuous improvement to procurement processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of procurement experience (domestic & international)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Solid negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP / ERP / MRP systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001 is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively
• Proven track record in procurement, material planning, and supplier management in manufacturing
