Technical Service Engineer - Thailand

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support for residential and C&I energy storage systems in Thailand, covering pre-sales solution design and post-sales technical support.
• Work closely with sales and channel partners to understand customer and project requirements, develop ESS system configurations, and support technical discussions during the sales process.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including system diagrams, BOMs, and basic technical calculations.
• Support system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, primarily through remote technical support and coordination with internal teams.
• Ensure system solutions and technical support activities comply with Thai standards and grid connection requirements.
• Act as a technical interface between customers, installers, and internal product, R&D, and service teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, pre-sales engineering, or system engineering within solar, ESS, or power electronics.
• Familiarity with Thai electrical standards and grid requirements (or strong learning capability).
• Ability to read and prepare single-line diagrams, system layouts, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Comfortable working closely with sales, channel partners, and cross-functional global teams.
• Fluent English and Thai, both written and spoken.
