Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall recruitment and hiring process such as drafting and posting job advertisements on all recruitment channels, searching and screening proper candidates to meet requirements, and conducting basic phone interviews before making appointments.
• Lead interviews with department managers and follow up interview results.
• Make orientation schedules and be a trainer for parts of HR & Admin every month; develop and manage an annual training plan.
• Handle employee enrollment, probation, labor contract updates, leave processing (resignation) and update labor records in time.
• Other jobs assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• Business English proficiency
• 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Has skill for searching specialist candidates from many source job websites
• Be familiar with labor law & regulation of Thailand and can be applied into actual work
• Under pressure
