Business Development Associate / Intern (Part-Time)

About the Role

This is a part-time internship role designed for students or early-career candidates who want real responsibility while balancing school or other commitments. You will be based on-site at our office at BTS Punnawithi (connected to BTS by sky bridge). Weekend availability is required: 10:00–16:00 on Saturdays and Sundays, plus 1–3 weekdays depending on your availability and class schedule. The weekday schedule is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers and partners; be one of the first people customers interact with.
• Help answer questions, understand needs, and guide people through their visa journey.
• Support growth initiatives and assist with testing new ideas across marketing, partnerships, and outreach.
• Share customer insights and highlight common questions or issues to improve product and processes.
• Help identify friction points in the customer journey and suggest improvements to make things smoother.
• Work across teams and collaborate with product, operations, and marketing on different projects.
• Work closely with the founders and gain exposure to product, growth, and operations.
