Stores and Receiving Specialist

About the Role

Behind every great hospitality experience is a team that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Stores & Receiving Specialist to join our small, hands-on team, reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring deliveries are received accurately, stock is organised and supplies are available when needed, helping support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

You’ll work five days a week, with Fridays and Sundays off.

Working pattern is:

• Monday and Thursday from 7am to 5pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 4am to 2pm.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and takes pride in maintaining efficient, well-managed store operations.

What you'll do

• Receive products from all departments, and check the quality of the products received.
• In the morning, arrange products to be sent to the boat by the kitchen department, housekeeper, technician, and steward.
• Receive products from all departments, and check the quality of the products received. Keep and supervise products in the store.
• Count the stock of the bar and kitchen once a week.
• Check the list Of products received with the purchase order. If not complete, notify the chef Of the missing items.
• Deliver products to departments that need urgent products.
• Sometimes help the receiving department to receive the inventory in the system.
• Preparing the inventory to the kitchen, bar, keep in store Royal Phuket Marina in the evening.
