Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, tracking, and delivery of cross-functional technology projects, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and data analytics initiatives. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that sprints run smoothly, risks are mitigated early, and project delivery aligns with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate projects in pipeline.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and tasks in tracking tools such as Asana or JIRA.
• Monitor team velocity, identify operational bottlenecks, and actively work to unblock key stakeholders, clients, and internal working team.
• Assist in defining project scope, KPIs, and success metrics alongside Head of BUs and direct reporter.
• Prepare transparent, data-driven weekly progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project updates, translating technical complexities into clear, actionable business status updates.
• Manage expectations with business stakeholders regarding the business requirements, business values, and optimise company’s profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of active experience managing software development projects, preferably AI projects.
• Minimum 1 year of exposure to marketing, business and customer facing.
• Certifications (Desirable): Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).

Skills

• Standard project management skills; solid understanding of Agile frameworks, Kanban, and modern SDLC.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or MS Project.
• Risk management: ability to identify dependency risks early and escalate with potential solutions.
• Understanding of social media platforms and marketing lifecycle is a plus for media/contents/influencer projects.
• AI competency & technical literacy: proficiency in utilizing Generative AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to draft project documentation, synthesize meeting notes, and automate administrative PM tasks.
