Contract Logistics Specialist (Safety)

About the Role

It's more than a job. As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding Safety Specialist skills to the delivery of operational and customer excellence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver training to support the QSHE program within the organization, ensuring compliance requirements, local procedures and any applicable QSHE related local regulations.
• Coordinate and support the implementation and maintenance of current and future QHSE tools.
• Support in risk analysis (e.g., safety risk assessment, security gap analysis) and develop and propose preventive measures.
• Implement programs with business units to ensure Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) & Security compliance are fully implemented and maintained.
• Conduct internal audits or site inspections to ensure customer requirements and local procedures are met.
• Manage incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with the team.
• Create and maintain all relevant documents in accordance with ISO and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety role within warehousing or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, particularly the Thai Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Act.
• Well-versed in ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 40000, 45001, etc.
• Solid experience in conducting warehouse safety audits.
• Good in English communication (speaking, writing, reading).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and be on standby outside of regular working hours.
