About the Role

The Insight & Advisory Associate will provide strategic support and analysis to clients in a full-time hybrid role based in Bangkok City, Thailand, with opportunities for remote work.

• Collect and analyze data
• Craft insights and create advisory reports
• Develop business strategies and support decision-making
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to workshops
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align solutions with client objectives

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills for data gathering and strategy development; qualitative and reporting experience preferred
• Proficiency in critical thinking, problem-solving, and delivering actionable insights
• Experience in business strategy, consulting, or advisory roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
• Project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Fluency in Thai & English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Competency in leveraging technology and digital tools; familiarity with AI integration in consulting is a plus
