AEC Regional Operations Team Lead

About the Role

Supervise store floor operations across assigned locations including replenishment, picking, and shelf arrangement. Support monitoring of product availability, stock accuracy, and overall store readiness. Track basic operational performance and report issues to supervisors. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store floor operations across assigned locations including replenishment, picking, and shelf arrangement
• Support monitoring of product availability, stock accuracy, and overall store readiness
• Track operational performance and report issues to supervisors and escalate concerns to line managers when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and store SOPs and policies
• Support supervision of AEC workforce under guidance of store and area managers, including task assignment, basic coaching, and daily team coordination
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee engagement
• Build positive relationships with Myanmar team members to support teamwork and productivity
• Act as a communication bridge between Thai management and AEC workforce; support translation of operational instructions, policies, and updates
• Identify operational issues, provide suggestions for improvement, and support implementation of new initiatives and process changes
