Director, Manufacturing Quality (BB)

About the Role

Drive a whole manufacturing product and process quality to achieve C&S internal/external quality target. Ensure delivery of safe and compliant products from Pandora manufacturing facility while continuously improving consumer quality satisfaction and total cost of quality.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and implement strategic quality objectives across the organization; manage resources to deliver key objectives for Crafting and Supply.
• Oversee and drive best-in-class manufacturing quality in the jewelry industry, maintain standards and adopt best practices across production units.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate and ensure adherence to all quality-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Oversee the development and deployment of product quality inspection plans to ensure delivery of safe and compliant products.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and supporting lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
• Promote quality at source and accountability throughout the organization.
• Enhance team capability to deliver C&S quality initiatives and build a high-performing team.
• Advocate preventive quality improvements to exceed consumer expectations and present regular quality performance reports to executive management for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience leading quality processes for manufacturing or quality management in a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality manufacturing standards in jewelry or other relevant businesses.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to interact effectively across the organization.
• Self-motivated, able to handle volume and complexity, make hard decisions, and drive solutions to complex business problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into operations.
