About the Role

Distribution Project Lead — Bangphli, Samutprakarn. Reports to Head of Distribution. Onsite, full-time. Join Linde to drive operational excellence and transform the end-to-end distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Lead major distribution projects including network optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation.
• Enhance operational efficiency through data-driven analysis and best-practice solutions.
• Collaborate across functions: procurement, transport, warehouse, production, vendors, and 3PLs.
• Ensure compliance and manage risks across all project activities.
• Drive initiatives that reduce costs and elevate service quality across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field).
• Proven project management capability from planning to execution.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
• Passion for innovation, digital tools, and process improvement; ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
