• บริหารและควบคุมการดำเนินงานภายในร้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท (บริหารยอดขายและต้นทุน Sale/ COG/ COL)
• ควบคุมมาตรฐาน QSC (Quality / Service / Cleanliness)
• ดูแลคุณภาพอาหาร การบริการ และความสะอาดภายในร้าน
• บริหารจัดการทีมงานและจัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงาน
• ควบคุมต้นทุน ยอดขาย และสต็อกสินค้า
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
• แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
• สรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
