Responsibilities

• Primary Axiro Supply chain contact to APAC/Taiwan suppliers on resolving all key issues in real time/dynamic mode.
• Accountable for identifying supply gaps to forecast and work with Suppliers and HQ/Bangalore to ensure Revenue targets are met with consistency.
• Participate in Monthly S&OP meetings coordinated by India team members.
• Track all key Supply Chain metric and help prepare monthly Reports.
• Align and work with teams in Malaysia for meeting customer OTD and inventory control and management.
• Partner with operations Engineering and Business teams to identify forecast deviation and/or supply constraints with the goal to minimize out of stocks and prevent the build of excess and obsolete inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / logistics, or other related field preferred.
• At least 5+ years in Demand and Supply Planning experience.
• Demonstrated solid experience and expertise in semiconductor supply chain management roles.
• Excellent in both written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Team Player with proven leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
