About the Role

Finance Manager at XCMG Group (onsite, full-time).

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor local finance team, including timely invoicing, expense recording, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable reconciliation, and budget control.
• Provide insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
• Develop annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure liquidity.
• Ensure tax compliance and timely filings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain robust internal controls.
• Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity for financial systems.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin Speaking)
