Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

Responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations to support retail and commercial business performance. The role focuses on inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, logistics coordination, and data analytics to ensure product availability, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost optimization, and product availability.
• Support Retail and Commercial teams by ensuring product availability aligns with sales targets, promotions, seasonal demand, and business strategies.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to improve forecast accuracy, stock optimization, and supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor and manage supply chain KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock availability, forecast accuracy, and logistics performance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Merchandising, Procurement, Retail Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
• Develop dashboards and reports using data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to support business decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce operational costs, minimize stock shortages, and improve service levels.
• Manage supplier and logistics partner performance to ensure operational effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve operational and business objectives.

Skills / Required Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or related analytics tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within Retail, FMCG, Trading, or Commercial businesses.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
