About the Role

The Project Manager with Change Leader Capability is responsible for both managing project execution and leading organizational change. This hybrid role requires balancing traditional project management skills with the ability to influence and support change processes within the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support project goals.
• Engage stakeholders and manage communication, training, and resistance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams through change initiatives.
• Monitor project and change progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Science / Engineering or related field.
• At least 5–7 years experience in project delivery.
• Experience in banking, corporate strategy, digital and innovation, investment, or banking industry with strong know-how and understanding.
• Tech savvy with strong problem-solving techniques to support business objectives.
• Ability to take and understand commitment to deliver the product on time.
• Good knowledge in project management skills with experience in agile approach.
• Good command of English and communication skill.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and dependable professional who consistently delivers results and thrives under pressure.
