Sr. Manager - Branch Financial Operation

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the branch annual budget in alignment with the company’s approved budget while ensuring effective cost control.
• Monitor and review branch operational processes to prevent fraud and non-compliance, and recommend improvements to strengthen internal control systems.
• Control and verify daily cash deposits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the company’s accounts.
• Manage branch manpower planning to align with workload and optimize workforce efficiency.
• Develop cashier operational standards and SOPs to ensure consistency with company policies and customer service standards.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Represent the cashier operation team in strategic planning meetings, including promotional campaigns and payment system enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, budgeting, or cashier operations, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, cash management, and manpower planning.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
• Good analytical, risk management, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
