Sr. SHEQ Officer

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to Catalite Co., Ltd. as a Sr. SHEQ Officer (Work at Catalite) based in Bangkok. As a member of the SHEQ team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality and Safety compliance that have made Catalite a leading player in chemical distributor industry. This is a full-time position that offers excellent growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and repacking processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform laboratory testing to evaluate product safety, quality, and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation (e.g., COA, Spec, SDS).
• Manage customer complaints and quality issues, including root cause analysis and CAPA; record data in CRM.
• Lead and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant standards (e.g., FDA, Halal).
• Develop and manage equipment calibration plans; ensure proper maintenance and operation.
• Handle QC administrative tasks and coordinate documentation and reporting.
• Perform Safety tasks as assigned such as workplace inspection, safety & quality training etc.
• Drive continuous improvement and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

• QMS and ISO 9001:2015 compliance; knowledge of FDA and Halal standards
