About the Role

This role supports SPG’s Bangkok Development Hub and works closely with the local development team in Thailand and SPG’s Marketing team in the United States. The Content Production Designer works with the Content Manager and Director of Marketing to create, manage, maintain, and execute visual assets for brand campaigns, product launches, and ecommerce. This role is based in SPG’s Bangkok workspace and involves photographing product samples, prototypes, and production items.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Content Manager to execute content projects: product photography, promo materials, video, stop motion, 360-spins, etc.
• Design and update marketing collateral including trade show assets, presentations, graphics, and packaging.
• Maintain and update seasonal content trackers and ensure timely delivery against deadlines.
• Create product renders and process lifestyle imagery.
• Manage on-site photography studio and execute product photography sessions.
• Manage product photography libraries: file naming, metadata, and searchable content archive.
• Support packaging sample testing and quality control and maintain adherence to brand partner style guides.
• Collaborate with SPG graphic designers for feedback and proof reviews and create supportive assets for ecomm/web as needed.
• Work with product development teams to photograph development samples, prototypes, and production samples received from factories across Asia.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in graphic design, production design, or marketing.
• Product photography experience and familiarity with photography, video, and creative production workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with proofing platforms.
• Experience with project management and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; role requires clear verbal and written English communication.
• Photo or design portfolio of relevant work.
• Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in Thailand; SPG does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and creative production workflows.
• Product photography and on-set studio management.
• Project management and familiarity with project management software (Asana is a plus).
• Maintain digital asset libraries, file naming, and metadata for searchable archives.
• Ability to collaborate in group critique and deliver/receive constructive feedback.

Additional Information

• This position operates as a contract role supporting SPG’s Bangkok Development Hub; contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance in Thailand.
• Payment will be made monthly against invoice.
