หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ให้บริการและแนะนำสินค้าแก่ลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างยอดขาย
• ดูแลประสบการณ์ลูกค้าในร้าน (Customer Experience) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานแบรนด์
• รับผิดชอบยอดขายรายบุคคลและช่วยทีมให้บรรลุเป้ารวมของสาขา
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของสินค้าในพื้นที่ขายระหว่างการปฏิบัติงาน
• ดำเนินการจัดเรียงสินค้าในร้านตามแนวทางจาก VM Team
• ส่ง Checklist รายสัปดาห์ พร้อมรูปภาพตาม guideline ของแบรนด์
• รับผิดชอบการหมุนสินค้า (Product Rotation) ประจำสัปดาห์เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสการขาย
• จัดการสินค้าใหม่เข้าร้าน (New Arrival) และกระจายสินค้าให้ครบทุกโซน
• ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงการจัดวางสินค้าให้เหมาะสมกับยอดขายและ customer flow
• ประสานงานและอัปเดตข้อมูลกับ Store Manager และ VM Team อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ช่วยดูแลความเรียบร้อยของร้านให้พร้อมขายตลอดเวลา
• สนับสนุนการจัดโปรโมชั่น และการเปลี่ยนแปลง display ตามแคมเปญ
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมหน้าร้านเพื่อผลักดันยอดขายและภาพลักษณ์ร้าน

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
• มีประสบการณ์งานขายหน้าร้าน (Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle / Beauty จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• รักงานขาย และมีความสนใจด้านการจัดร้าน / Visual Merchandising
• มี mindset ด้านยอดขาย + การจัดสินค้าให้ขายได้จริง
• สามารถทำงานเชิง detail และทำ checklist ได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และทำงานภายใต้ความเร็วของร้านค้าปลีกได้
• ทำงานเป็นกะ และวันหยุดตามตารางร้านได้
