Staff Engineer Resource Planning

Your role

• Perform Master data setup such as Product configuration, BOM, Process routing etc. for all products/process under Front End (FE) and Back End (BE) operation in Thailand manufacturing site.
• Be responsible for master data setup planning with readiness to support product transfer and ramp up in Thailand manufacturing site.
• Drive and manage for system readiness with accuracy and work with all stakeholder from cross-functional teams to ensure project on schedule.
• Data analysis with automated tool such as Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, and Statistics with IE tools for productivity improvement in routine report and project tasks.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing field, Semiconductor industry is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP/MES such CAMSTAR, OpCenter, SAP,etc.
• Advance in MS office (Excel, Word, Power point).
• Good communicate in English.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder
• Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision.
